Upon receiving your request for a modem by phone, fax or email, you will be contacted to arrange delivery and pick up. You will be required to fax/email us your order form.
In the event that your modem is lost, stolen or broken, we require that you notify us immediately. you will be charged 99$ for replacing the modem.
